Automatically in your mortgage & personal property is once a year in early June but that’s only a guess. That’s my other peeve. Sometimes my mail isn’t always delivered. I know I sure get a lot of other peoples mail but just because I don’t get the bill doesn’t wave my responsibility to get it in on time. I can accept that but I think that 10% penalty for one day late is egregious.
